Good morning every one!
I got from one sister a little Godess statue for my pocket, a gift certificate to The Sleeping Godess store, and Rachel Pollack's book Forest of Souls (which I already have). My other sis paid for my Reiki 2 class, which she is taking with me. It was supposed to be last week, but was canceled due to snow.
No decks until I use that gift certificate. I really only have the Golden Tarot on my wish list, so maybe I will wait and use it for that.
What did everyone else get?

Moonbow*, I live (relatively) close to Bruges! I think I got some addresses somewhere for tarotshops over there, but I can't remember whether they had a lot of decks... Just PM me if you want the address! (I'll have to look it up when I'm at home)
Warm regards, best wishes,

Well, since I got them from AT members I knew they were there. I even wrapped them...lol...S/O is wrapping impaired if he had done it they would have been in newsprint and duct tape.
(They would have clashed with the tree so I offered. )
I got a 2nd ed Mountain Dream, and Shakespearian set by Nowiki.

:D
Got the Tiny Tarot - Universal RWS in my sock, the Tarrochi di Robot and the Ltd. edition Tarocchi di Pinocchio.
I was VERY surprised to get those particular decks. I was expecting the Royo Black tarot as one of the decks. }) Of course, the last two are for the collection, not for reading. Although I might have to take a little spin with the Robot tarot, just for kicks, I really like the Null suite...LOL.
I also got a wooden box for cards, with the Sun, moon and stars inlaid in gold metal on the top, and a silver pendant of the Sun (he tried to find the moon, which he knows is my favorite, but there were none to be found - and he knows the Sun is 2nd favorite - he pays attention!)
Some very nice additions to my collection.

I got some great gifts, but no tarot-related stuff from my family. My mom got me a new purse with lots of different sections where I can store my decks without them getting mixed up with the other "stuff". :)
My mom also got me a gift certificate to Borders. Woo Hoo!
But I did tell my hubby not to get me anything because I had already bought myself a tarot deck that week.... the Gilded Tarot!!! :) (Of course, I didn't tell him the price. ;) )
Blessings,
Karen

Hi everybody.
I didn't get any tarot decks but a lot of related things.
Good Faeries Bad Faeries book (yah!) from my hubby and also for good measure he threw in Lady Cottingtons Faerie Album. Very cute and funny.
Also a gift certificate to my favorite rock and mineral store.
A Rose Quartz sphere and a beautiful raw Citrine rock, from my son. The sun light is hitting it right now and it looks amazing.
A tranquility fountain from his girlfriend. I'm having fun this morning arranging some small rocks and crystals in the base of it for the water to trickle over.
My beautiful daughter and her boyfriend bought me a new tarot journal it's all tooled leather and it's called Druids Oak.
You can see it here: www.gaelsong.com
Item # C1406
She gave me the magazine she found it in. They have some beautiful things. Enjoy the site.
So I had a very Merry Christmas and it was great seeing all my family and friends.
Oh, and my crazy, very productive dad collected different woods from around our neighborhood and made 18!!!!! music boxes for his daughters and granddaugthers. Mine is black cherry wood with a flower carved in the top and a beautiful mozaic inlay around the flower.
It has nothing to do with tarot but I just had to share because it was such a touching jesture.

Lark.. you are such a lucky girl!!! You had a very merry Christmas indeed!!!
That journal is georgous! I could have done without the link tho... I am TRYING really hard to not spend any money on non essentials... altho, I think some of the items in that catalog can be considered essential! ;)
Demonesse ... whaddaya mean nothing??? Nothing as in nothing tarot?

The really special thing about this journal is that the blank journal book is removable and you can slide it out when it's full and put a fresh new one in. So it's a journal that will last a lifetime.
And yes, I agree some of the things are definitely essential. })

Technically, I didn't get anything tarot related. But I do have two decks on their way to me....so if you count the 12 days of Christmas, I should be getting them before January 6th.
The decks are the Osho Zen and World Spirit (thanks faunabay and Ruby Red Slippers)!
Oh, and I'm ordering the Black Tarot with my Barnes & Noble gift card.
