I think I'm speechless!
Or I'm going to faint or something......
Thank you cirom.
I had very big hopes but I never thought I would win the DECK!!!
I found out something about myself by doing this contest.
I have an ability I didn't know I had.
And it all comes from years of looking at tarot cards on internet sites.
I could tell what deck the card piece was from by the style of the art.
And I can only imagine that came from studying cards on different sites to decide which decks to add to my collection
Thank you a million times for having this contest..
And being so generous to offer your deck and prints.
I had so much fun.
I can't wait to see it!! :D
edited to add...I was so excited I forgot to say congratulations to Blondie, EarthAngel2911, and Linda29.
EarthAngel and Blondie and I had quite the fun time PMing each other with clues.
Sometimes in the wee hours of the morning.

Would it be possible to list the correct answers for those of us who would have shared in the 'come last' prize?... and to leave the site active, even though the competition is closed, for a week or so?
Just a thought :)

i am envious and i would like your first reading with that good deck :O) that you offer i mean larky
*ps i tried a lot of time to download the stuff for the tests for on my 24 k max connection it took forever to get the first one to display,
if you would do this again would you be able to put all the samples on one page or make it faster download time. as a result i didn't participate*
thanks to you criom for offering this test for i think it gave a lot of people something to do and was fun for all who could participate i hope.

Cirom,
While I didn't have much time to devote, I did take many a guess at the various clues. Now that you've posted the answer, I've been seeing a few I realize I should have know immediately.
But there is one I can't find.
I beg you to indulge me by telling me where on the Thoth deck is number 20.
Thanks in advance!!!

Maybe the goverment has some kind of Tarot Investigation Force.

My Guilded Tarot arrived on my snowy back porch yesterday.
And we have been happily getting to know each other ever since.
I think we're in love. :*
I know...it's sudden and we really don't know each other all that well yet, but what can I say, I fell head of heals at first site...
Ciro sent them in a beautiful tapestry box with black braiding and a black tassled pull.
I have never had a special edition deck this is my first and the card stock is quality all the way.
It has a matt finish and because the card stock is so thick the deck is much taller than a normal deck.
It's wonderful.
Ok: Gush Warning! These cards are so magnificent.
The colors jewel toned and stunning.
Looking at them on the website was wonderful but nothing compared to actually holding them and seeing them close up.
I have looked at them and looked at them and I can honestly say there is not a single card I don't like.
That is a first for me.
I have 7 cards that are different than the ones on the website.
Different colored clothes.
And the green light on my High Priestess card is in a different spot.
If anyone has this deck I would love to know what is different on your cards.
They also appear to have a great sense of humor.
I asked my husband if he would bring me a cup of coffee yesterday, and he said, "Well what does your new deck think? Should I bring you some coffee?"
I cut the cards and got the Ace of Cups!
For that I got a Latte with whip cream and cinnamon sprinkles.
My son who is studying graphic design looked through them and said, "Gezz, when I grow up I want to be just like Ciro!"
I love the sky on these cards and the animals depicted through out the deck.
Some of my favorite cards so far...
3, 10 and 8 of Cups, Queen of Cups
Ace, 8 and 9 of Pentacles
6, 8, 9 of Swords and the Knight of Swords. The whole suit of Swords is done so well.
The Moon, The High Priestess, Strength, oh heck, all the majors are stunning.
2, 3, 4, of Wands.
Well, I guess you can tell I'm REAL HAPPY with my prize and I can't wait untill their published so we can all share our thoughts about them.
Ciro if you're out there...I know I've said this about 200 times now but, THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!!

Dolphin princess, Ciro emailed me today and said it would be out in September.
So keep your fingers crossed.
I'm going to use the deck Majecot.
But I'm getting a deck from Llewellyn when it's out. So I can take one to the Spirit Fair with me.
But this one is my private baby...
If we all lived together in Tarot Town I'd have you all over for coffee and chocolate chip cookies and we could look at the deck together.
If you promise to be careful and use your napkins.:D

OK here it is
What will you teach me? :T3C Three of Cups
A beautiful card three maidens dancing in a rose colored sky above 3 golden cups filled with water.
A special bonding will take place between us, a happy friendship will form.
Winning this deck was a cause for celebration and it will teach me to appreciate all the wonderful unexpected happenings in my life.
To approach my tarot work and this deck with a sense of joy.
What kind of energy will we share? :T7P Seven of Pentacles
This card shows a country maiden carrying a basket, her arm is raised to a pentacle on a beautiful tree as if to test it's ripeness.
Three sheep graze in the meadow behind her.
This deck will be a long term project for me. It's energy will be very fruitful, if I have the patience and time to devote to it.
It is a deck that reads very easily. So anyone can pick it up and read with it not a lot of study required.
Like an apple on a tree doesn't need our help to grow.
But once we pick it and eat it, it's energy helps to replenish our energy.
And that is what this deck feels like.
It's a soul replenishing experience.
Should I use my Special Edition at the Spirit Fair? :T4P Four of Pentacles
I burst out laughing when I saw this card.
A man in a beautiful purple robe stands clutching a arm full of pentacles to his breast in a loving possesive way.
The look on his face says "Just try and get these away from me!"
So I take that as a loud and clear NO.
I'll have to wait for them to be published and then I'll get a public working deck for the fair.
How will we get along? :T4W Four of Wands rx
A man, woman and child stand in the middle of 4 wands.
A bower of flowers over their heads.
Rabbits play in the grass at their feet.
One of my meanings for the 4 of Wands rx is not wanting to leave.
Things have been sorely neglected around here this week because I can't keep my hands off these cards.
I start doing something and then find myself wandering back to the Spirit Room and playing with my cards again.
I just don't want to leave them....
The man and boy on the card reminded me of my husband and son wondering if there's ever going to be any clean underware or food in this house again.
So I think we are going to get along just fine :D
How will everyone else at Aeclectic like the Guilded Tarot when they get their's? :TKNW Knight of Wands
Ooooh A very beautiful firery Knight, it's sunset and the trees behind him have turned crimson in the setting sun (or rising sun, your pick)
The last bit of setting sun glints off the top the wand he is carrying.
My key words for the Knight of Wands is Lightbringer and Creativity.
Well, creative is for sure... You'll find it an inspiring deck that lightens your mood when you use it, but also very deep and spiritual in nature.
The Knight of Wands is someone who sees things in a different way.
The rich illustration will help you see new things in the cards.
And you will find it's a deck full of surprises and a little sense of humor.
The cards are alive with light and energy.
And I think everyone will be on fire for this deck once it comes out.
Ok lunakasha there you go. My getting to know you reading.
Sounds like we'll have a happy life together. :)

THANK YOU lark!!!
Oh my, that was so beautiful...you are a very gifted writer, has anyone told you that before ( I am quite certain they have!) I love the way you described each card so clearly, I could visualize each one! I laughed when you talked about not taking them to the Spirit Fair :D No argument here, I would never take them out of the house if I had them...no way!!!
They sound absolutely wonderful, magical...just the way I knew they would be!!! I am so happy that you are enjoying them, and thanks again for sharing your reading, your enjoyment of the cards, with me and others here at AT!
Enjoy! (but don't forget to pick up some TV dinners every now and then ;))
