I got myself a Dragon Tarot Deck yesterday, and it's a lovely thing. The cards are beautiful and the dragons are such very amiable things.
The pip cards, and quite often the Major cards, aren't always very clear about their symbolism. It's not something I'd try reading with very soon, or for very practical purposes.
You have to understand, though, that I've collected dragons since I was 12 years old, so this is a joyful and wonderful find for me.
Has anyone here got any experience with this deck?

Mine is the second link you've got posted. I've seen the first one online and I COVET IT. :* It's gorgeous, and I wants it, precioussss...
I'm hoping it'll turn up at one of the shops I watch.
But for now I'm happy with my current Dragon deck. I acutally went back on my word today and did a reading with it and was surprised at how well it went... but then I know dragons very well indeed.

The artwork is nice, but I can't say that I enjoy reading with it.

It is beautiful artwork. I just obtained my today from Mysteries, and I look forward to working with it. I've been after this one for a long long time. Actually, I thought I'd ordered it from Amazon, but what they called the Dragon Tarot, is actually the book. So, I've had the book for 2 years, but no deck!

I've got the Dragon Tarot, and though I don't read with it often, I do remember this reading in particular I gave my ex-husband. It was a CC spread, and as I was reading up the sword, *boom!* I had this really strong flash that had absolutely nothing at all to do with the reading, and when I vocalized it, he denied it profusely. Needless to say....it came true, exactly as I said it would.

I had always thought I would prefer the celtic dragon over this one but as the celtic uses air as wands and swords as fire I've had isues with it. I love reading ith it and lik ethat it has a semi-marseilles feel to some of the cards... howver I have mixed feelings about the book. I think that there could have been a lot more depth given to the minor arcana, most of those cards read like a LWB.
