I tried to search this Tarot on this forum, and I got about as many pages as one can count, because of the name, so I decided to post it here.
This deck seems quite interesting to me, to say the least. I wonder if anyone has been using it, or has anything to say about it. Your opinions are much appreciated.

Hi Feebie,
I have this wonderful deck. I was lucky enough to see it, handle it, shuffle it & look through the whole deck before ordering it for my very own. It was sent to my favorite mystical, magickal, bookstore as a promo item & the owner showed it to my Tarot class for our opinions on it.
It is very different. At 4 5/16 by 2 3/8 inches per card it is smaller than a standard Rider size and much easier for my hands to handle and shuffle. Suits are renamed - Wands = Two Headed Serpent, Cups = Pear of Tears, Swords = Curved Blade and Pentacles = Stone of Age. The courts are Thoth style = Knight, Queen, Prince & Princess.
Many of the Majors are renamed & redefined - the High Priestess, #2 is the Mother and the Empress #3 is the Feeler - which struck me as opposite of traditional, #4 Emperor is the Actor. There is no "big book" for this deck (at least not when I got it) so the booklet in the deck package was very valuable.
I was worried how I would read with this deck at first, especially because of the renamings, but I should have known to just trust the Tarot to speak. It was wonderful! I did a very casual (spur of the moment) Celtic Cross with it one morning during a power failure that had me feeling very jumpy & in need of distraction & I was amazed at how it cut through all the surface garbage I was feeling and went straight to the heart of the matter.
As a caveat, however, no one else in my Tarot class cared for this deck at all. And they are all more experienced than I. I was attracted to it, had the luxury of getting to know it before I bought it and have not been disappointed with it.
If you decide to get it I hope your experience with it will be as rich as mine has been.
Thea

Thank you for your feedback Thea Lynx
I am not yet decided about this deck, as I keep getting conflicting thoughts while I do my research online.
Glad that you are enjoying it yourself.

I got this deck in great excitement, and then didn't get on with it at all.
It just didn't speak to me. At all. I couldn't get anything from the artwork. Nice cards, but not for me.
So I traded it away :)
