Has anyone here, especially in North America, ordered directly from AG Muller? I placed an order on 12/03/03 and it still hasn't arrived, but of course, there is an ocean to traverse. I was just wondering about the expected arrival time. Any insight would be appreciated.
Best,
Kim

Hi Kim,
I haven't ordered from AGMuller, but I have traded with people overseas. It could take up to 2 months if it is sent surface. Airmail, a week or two.
Did they send it surface?

I'm not sure if it was surface or air. I thought I'd give it a full two weeks (i.e., till Monday) and then e-mail them for more info. It's not in the receipt they sent me.
Thanks for the info, Mimi!

Two weeks on a parcel from overseas is very short! Mail from Europe to NA can take a couple of months or more. Goodness knows, they must force the parcels to swim over.

*can just see a nicely wrapped brown paper parcel suddenly sprouting sea turtle-like flippers and jumping into the ocean*
*gets the giggles*

on November 22nd and I guess with holidays, etc., the package took until January 14th to arrive.
Let us know what you ordered so this could be about tarot decks...I am eagerly awaiting AGMueller to update their offerings, possibly for an English language Ananda and Tarot Eden.

Sorry, I should have said. I ordered the Roots of Asia Tarot. I didn't know about Tarot Garden at the time I ordered. I should add that I never order from Amazon anymore, due to what I consider some questionable business practices and poor customer service.

I've sent & received from overseas--if it's sent air mail the fastest is 4 days, BUT customs at either end can hold it up for 2 weeks (that happened to me once, it got to England, but their customs had it sitting being inspected for 16 days before they delivered it). Surface rate can take 6 weeks to 3 months, but I don't think a business uses surface rate at all.
It's possible our or their customs pulled the package at random & is inspecting it. Give it 3 weeks & then inquire. They can put a trace on it.

I just got the Roots of Asia deck this morning. I had ordered it from Joan Bunning's sale. It is beautiful! Enjoy.

AGMuller sent the deck priority airmail, and it arrived yesterday. I am completely besotted by the Roots of Asia Tarot, so much so that I went out today and bought a silk scarf to wrap it up in. Its majors are probably the most beautiful I've ever seen, especially The Lovers, Temperance, The Moon and The World. But what am I saying? They're all exquisite. This is a deck that I imagine I'll only use for myself.
