I'm still in a state of complete shock here. I just won the auction for a copy of the Amber Tarot. I couldn't believe how high the price went in the end - no more decks for me for a while. :D

Congratulations!!! This deck is indeed pretty, and it was obvious how much you wanted it, glad to see you finally have it. You'll be able to give us all the details about it once you get it. I'm afraid though you will have to eat peanut butter and Kraft Dinner for a while, hope it will be worth it. ;)

hooray! That's awesome Dark_angel! Congratulations! I admitit!..... I am a bit jealous! :D I am curious if you are going to use it to read with, or if,when you get it, you find that it is too beautiful and fragile to use. Let us know what you think of it when it arrives!

I think I might save it for personal readings. Once I did the conversions, it didn't end up being too expensive actually, so I might be able to afford pasta and butter as well! lol. :D

Let us know how it seems based on other decks that you know about...or the stories. I am waiting for the English version RG Veda translation to know more about my novelty tarot--whose art that I really like for it's mix of Asian and anime style... I cruised online and it seems Amber fans are fanatic. The Asian anime set also are devoted, but Amber seems to cross cultures and generations... And hope you can chop a few veggies for a pasta salad as well.... Best wishes, Mari

Well done DarkAngel, I am so glad you got this tarot its just what you need to pull you out of the doldrums! I like to think of this as fate too, Tarot is telling you that you do fit in here and to keep at it, Moonbow* PS I am also jealous you seem to have so much luck, what will the Greenwood too!
