Terapia Slowem deck? Opinions?

Does anyone have this deck: http://www.themysticeye.com/pics/slowem.htm (scans on Tarotgarden also, which are much more vibrant) I would love any impressions and opinions on it!

In a way it looks like they're done in watercolors, but I think it's color pencil with some chalks. Very colorful.
