I've got the following decks:
- Dragon Tarot
- Sacred Circle
- Rider-Waite
- Thoth
- Mini Rider-Waite
- Mini Hanson-Roberts
- The Witches' Tarot
- Tarot Nova
My least favorite is definitely the Tarot Nova, but since my paycheck came in today, I figure I've got enough to get a relatively cheap deck, but I'm not sure which one. Any suggestions?

Your list implies a strong favoring toward celtic or pagan type themes, so I immediately thought of the Robin Wood Tarot, Spiral Tarot, Tarot of the Old Path, or the Legend: Arthurian Tarot.
Another good investment might be the Radiant Rider-Waite, Universal Waite, or another variation (there are several now), as a refreshing change or comparison to the RWS you already own.
Those are all decks that can be purchased individually, not just as sets, for $18-$20 (US).
Another way to decide is to choose a theme or subject you want to learn more about, and choose your deck accordingly.
You can make it interesting and choose something completely opposite of what you have been favoring, like maybe an Asian or Christian theme, in contrast to your current Celtic and Pagan leanings.
The risk to that is that you won't like the deck after the novelty wears off--but there's always the trade forums!
A careful selection can be enjoyed by making use of the Tarot Decks section here at AT; I just went through the entire 'Browse' pages this last weekend to find my latest purchase.
Good luck, Triquetra...and tell us what you finally buy, okay?

Hi Triquetra!
I agree with Tauni's suggestions and thought I might add another....
Have you considered the Tarot of the Animal Lords??? If you love animals and nature, this one is for you! The artwork is lovely, with lots of detail, and I find they are very nice to read with....
Here is a link: http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/animal-lords/
It retails for $19.95, comes with a LWB, but you won't need it for most of the cards, the meanings are easy to figure out just from the illustrations....
Good luck....hope you find the perfect deck to add to your collection! :D
