Does anyone have this deck? It looks like a nice one but I was wondering what the "Happy squirrel" card meant. Any thoughts?

This is a very nice deck. I got it a couple of weeks ago. I haven't come across a "Happy Squirrel "card yet. Do you know which card it is? I will look through the book after work tonight

The Happy 'Squirrel card is on the Victoria Regina website. You can download the image to add the card to your deck.
If you search for "happy squirrel" on AT you'll find a couple threads discussing its start on the Simpson's show and possible meanings for the card.
There is an actual happy squirrel card in the International Icon deck I just got. The squirrels seems to be multiplying!

I have the Victoria Regina, and it is quite a breathtaking deck. At first, I thought that I might not like it due to the black and white imagery. However, this reservation was quickly blown away when I finally had the deck in my hands.
If I had to use a word to describe this deck, then that word would be 'haunting'.
Oh, and I love the Devil card. There is just something about clowns!!!

I love the VR! I recently received it as a gift from my brother. I haven't spent a ton of time with it yet, but plan on doing a reading with it soon.

This is exactly how I feel about this deck. I love colour, so I really didn't think that I would bond with a black and white deck but this deck is wonderful. I will have to print up that Happy Squirrel card!!

I just received this deck (thanks laura) and I love it. It's so.... I think 'haunting' is exactly the right word for it!

OK I'll be the naysayer. It is a great deck but it wasn't for me. I traded mine away. Something not only haunting but also off putting about the images for me. But it works for a lot of people. However, many have had problems with the court cards. With me I think it was the fine lines and black and white. I couldn't just look at a spread and get an overall impression. I can do that with my other decks. I had to spend time really looking at each card before I could get a reading.
But it has a great Chariot.

Victorian society being outwardly so restrained, I think it harboured an inner core of weirdness unparalleled by anything the 21st century (thus far at least) has to offer. Weirdness is, for me at least, the heart & soul of this deck. Sometimes it doesn't quite work, but in its better moments it can be quite bizarre :D

I've had this deck for a while but its one I never really got on with. Some of the cards are beautiful, which drew me to it in the first place but I couldn't get over how masculine the deck feels to me. And also replacing swords with guns. Its too large for me to shuffle properly and I found that the white backs mark very easily even though I am careful with my decks. I like it for some of the artwork but I can't remember the last time I used it.

I find that I don't use this deck very often... the lack of color often throws me & I am not really 'up to date' in history to be able to draw symbols from these people's personalities.. I would love to study these more.. but at the current time, I don't really know if I can read them well enough without peeking at the book from time to time..

Hi all,
I love the Victoria Regina deck, but then I love ink drawings. There are details in this deck that are wonderful! Definately a deck for collectors and, for me, a deck to read with as well. I select a deck for reading based on my mood, the person I am reading for, and the question asked. This deck works well for me when dealing with pushy people or for business questions. It has a certain edginess to it that works for me.
