What deck is this card from?

A while back, I picked up a bunch of card images off the web for my screen saver. Today as various cards were gliding across my screen, this particular Wheel of Fortune caught my eye. I cannot remember at all where it came from. The file name was no help, either. Does anyone know what deck this is from? (here's hoping the attachment is not too big)

with a telephone number in the lower right hand corner for their readings, whoever did this photomontage. It's very cool and I have not seen red-backed tarot cards like that--I definitely would have remembered. I'm interested in finding out the name of the deck, also! Cerulean

It could be a business card, now that you mention it. I wish I could remember where I found it! I've cleared my cache since then, so I can't really backtrack. :P A trip through 40-odd pages of Google Images didn't turn it up, either....
