I came across this deck at Tarot Garden and thought it looks really beautiful and interesting. Wondering, does anyone have this deck? How readable is it? Are the rest of the cards as wonderful as the samples? Is it worth getting? Does it come with an English language book?
Thanks!

I recently got the Zukunfts. The book (not little, 168 pages) was in German. Somewhere I read that an English version of the deck/book set will be coming out, but have not seen it listed anywhere.
The artwork is beautiful, particularly on the Majors and Court cards. The Courts are in my opinion the highlights of the deck, very unique and expressive. There is way too much white space on the cards, about 1/3 of the card, leaving the images too small to give the wonderful artwork its due. I have attached a scan of the Knight of Wands and the Judgment card, where you can see the expressiveness of the artwork, and the excessive white space.
The minors are very simplistic, with the suit symbol appearing in the quantity of the card (for example, 6 identical cups).
Haven't read with the deck yet, but it appears that it would be easy to discern and get into. Overall, I was a little disappointed with the wide borders and simple minors, but an interesting deck nonetheless with good quality card stock and nice packaging.

What I knew as of January 2004:

In my feedback for the Ananda Tarot and recent looks at online catalogues, this is what I found:
I think my memory is playing tricks, but even though it is the exact same size as the deck that I kept as a comparison (Zukunft tarot by the sister publishing house of AG Mueller, Urania Verlag publishing), I thought the German Ananda was on the same matte finish stock as the Zukunft. I believe Urania Verlag originally published the Ananda and then remarketed/allowed rights for distribution to AG Mueller.
And if you do have the English edition of the Ananda, the advertising card with the woman and the tiger...whimper...that is from my German language Zukundft. I even checked the new Urania Verlag pdf catalogue and old AGMueller website, but no word yet when they plan to release the English language Zukundft...

It reads okay if you like Swords as Fire and you like unillustrated pips, just suit and symbol corresponding to the number:

As others say, the courts are beautiful. However I wish the paintings were bigger and less white space. Matte finish, so not so slippery. It might read better for me if I could see what the author and artist combination intended--Maud Kristen seems to be a psychic/author and Alika Lindbergh seemed to be a known nature or fantasy illustrator.
