The most romantic deck you have

Do you have a deck that just woos you with its images while speaking "sweet nothings" to you? It's the deck you want to use when you need more insight into a love relationship, because even if the outcome is sad, the deck has a way of cushioning the blow. It speaks to you in a romantic way, almost like it's offering you a rose. That deck for me, oddly enough, is Vargo's Gothic Tarot. I chose it over Ferguson's "Legend: The Arthurian Tarot", Zerner and Farber's "Enchanted Tarot". the Gaudenzi-Tenuta Celtic Tarot, the Original RW, The Celtic Dragon, The AC Thoth deck, The Tarot of the Hidden Folk, and even Jane Lyle's "The Lovers' Tarot." :P I find the Gothic Tarot very romantic and not ghastly at all. It reminds me of Anne Rice's vampires. Everytime I read with it, especially on matters concerning love, I can almost hear Lestat's voice whispering "Ma Cherie" into my ear. I LOVE it! :D

I agree the Vargo is intensely romantic. The yearning in some of those cards! Sweetly romantic and night-time based is my new Moon Garden.

I don't have a deck that seems 'romantic' to me.. but if I get Kris Waldherr's Lover's Path tarot when it is released, I'm sure that will be the one!

"Legend: The Arthurian Tarot" is SOOO sweet for me, its the most "yin" deck I have... I have not read with it only keep as a collection item.

For relationship readings I like using the Tarot of Transformation. It's not really romantic for me--but it's so feminine and captivating that it's kind of sensual ;)

Los Scarbeo's Tarot of the Renaissance - Artwork by Giorgio Trevisan always gives me a romantic feeling. Also the Avalon Tarot by Los Scarbeo has the most sensual lovers card i have ever seen :P

It has to be Matt Myer's Art Nouveau Tarot for me. Art Nouveau itself is the most romantic of all artistic movements and what's more, Matt has based all his Minors around the theme and story of a relationship. If ever I have questions about love I use this deck for intuitive readings. It's full of fantasy and stirs my heart in quite a unique way. Chris. xx
