oldest rarest decks?

ive got this friend (really!) who wants to know, what is the oldest and so rarest deck you can get? What other rare decks are there? How much would you be looking to buy them? I know when decks got OOP they increase in value, but what about really olde very limited number of edition decks?
Oh any pictures of these would be great too!

As a complete deck, in the sense of our modern versions,
while there are many earlier variants, any one of the
Le Tarot de Marseille will present the originality factor.
There were many sets of cards produced earlier, but the
surviving copies are incomplete, and these were done for
rich people anyway. Tarot is not for rich people any way.
