THIS IS MY FAVORITE DECK!
I ordered it from amazon too. Even thought hey say it is hardcover it is just the cards. To my knowledge there is not a book to go with it. Although, the LWB is very different from others and includes stories about each suit and their kingdom.
When Amazon says hardcover, scroll down and look at the size of the item. If it is small then it is the deck - I think it says cards on it somewhere in that desciption.

i saw the deck online and now i want it bad! the artwork appeals to me. did u notice that most of the decks have images that are shown with straight angle, like how u see things on eye level? with the secret tarot, some images are drawn in different angle...like what u see when u sit on the ground looking up. it just makes the deck more interesting.

It's a fabulous deck. There is a secret study group if you are interested in reading some of the comments on the cards. Or if yu get it then you could chime in!
I love this deck so much. Not too dark, not sappy, good mix of interesting people. And honestly I just love the take on some of the cards. It is a very cool deck. I actually study the deck and enjoy it day in and day out.

I agree with Hyatt on this one. I was lucky enough to be given the Secret Tarot by a good friend, and it is one of my favourites. BUY IT! LOL. :D

I just took a look at the product detail that they list on the amazon page. It says cards edition.
