...the recently auctioned Greenwood, at 225.00 starting bid, DID NOT SELL!!! Just thought I'd spread the news around... :D

YIPPEEEEEE!!!!! :D:D:D Geez....do you think maybe people are finally *fed up* with these ridiculous prices???? I wonder if the seller will try again with a lower starting bid??? Please keep us posted if you notice anything.... :) Luna

I cant really say that I am surprised. I just dont see the reasoning behind spending all that money on someting unless you truly love it and must have it. Especially when there are still copies in bookstores.....albeit not many, but I bought one today (the deck/book set) for less than the $32 retail price. They are still out there.

A copy of the Greenwood just went on eBay. The bidding was opened at around $50US, but, there was a Buy-it-Now button for, guess what.... $225. By the time I got to the auction, someone had pressed the Buy-it-now button. I too saw the one with the start of $225 go un-sold. I really wonder if it were the same seller, changing tactics... and still getting their price.

The Greenwood has just sold on Aussie Ebay for AU$320, that’s about US$235! :eek:
