I just received this deck as a gift from Italy.
Does anybody knows anything about this deck.
It's a 78 Card Deck in a beautiful covered plastic tray.
The instruction booklet (lwb) is in Italian, so I can't read it.
The cards are interesting. They are simple wood cut drawings.
Please help. This is the first deck that was ever gifted to me
and I would like to know something about the deck.

I don't have that deck. However, I've viewed scans of some of the cards on the net before.
The major arcana of that deck are eclectic, sometimes playful renditions of the traditional major arcana.
The upright keywords and illustrations in the minor arcana (courts and pips) of that deck generally appear to follow 18th century Etteilla School (ES) keywords and ES 'synonyms' for the meanings of the upright cards. The reversed keywords in the minor arcana of that deck generally appear to follow Etteilla School keywords and Etteilla School 'synonyms' for the meanings of the reversed cards.

For a handy English translation of ES keywords and ES synonyms, see:

Because the pips are illustrated (as opposed to the pips of the Grand Etteilla deck), the Indovino deck is therefore possibly an easy way to integrate into one's mental tarot vocabulary an influential set of pre Golden Dawn / pre-RWS divinatory meanings for the minor arcana. The GD and RWS divinatory meanings have some basis in the ES divinatory meanings, but it's not their only source.
By the way, another 20th century deck whose images and keywords generally follow (but for an exception or two) ES keywords and ES synonyms for upright (but sometimes reversed) courts and pips is the Egyptian deck of Brazilian publishers, Kier, that is available in a redrawn English version through US Games as the Egipcios Kier deck.
In addition, the minor arcana of the various Tavaglione decks appear to follow ES keywords/synonyms.
