...spotted yet again on eBay, $225 to start! Just thought there might be some interest here! I'm going to watch to see how much it gets!

Oh yeah....that is not unusual at all, for someone to pay hundreds of dollars for a USED Greenwood....I guess one would have to hope that it is in very good condition, but no guarantees with these things....
I was VERY lucky to find my Greenwood shrinkwrapped and at the original price of $32.....and I would not sell it for any amount of money!!! ;)

I would just guess, seeing as it has been out of print for so long, that most Greenwood decks have been at least opened.
Edited to add: I just read the listing. Isn't it fairly unusual to get the book too? I didn't get the book (or even a box) with mine and am sure that I saw a post mentioning that getting the book was even more unusual than getting just the deck.

Not sure. I have found two copies of the deck in near perfect condition. both of mine have the book that goes with it, so i thought it was fairly common to find them together?

The Greenwood was available recently on Amazon.co.uk for. . .wait for it. . .£600-I forget the exact figure, it was six hundred and something. Weird thing is, it disappeared almost at once. Think of how many wonderful decks, books, tarot bags, etc you could buy for £600 IN TOTAL.

Greenwood book
I don't know if it is generally known - but there is also a handbook for the greenwood that can be downloaded for free from cesca potters website:
http://www.herebedragons.co.uk/chesca/
then click on ENTER THE ONLINE GREENWOOD TAROT HANDBOOK.
It is not the same as the companion book to the deck, but I thought it had better information. I was not that impressed with the companion book, to be honest.

WolfSpirit! Thank you! I have downloaded it all. I was having trouble using the deck because of a lack of any reference material. This is great.
