For those who might have wondered about my disappearance, or even missed me, I have been engrossed in the world of the online role-playing game Ultima Online. I tend to get my attention grabbed by well-designed video games, I remember playing Final Fantasy VII around the clock when I discovered it.
Anyway, my apologies for my disappearance, I'll try to post occasionally, now that the first hot rush of gaming is over.
On a related note, a person named Lewis Moten designed his own set of tarot images, taken entirely from scenes in the game. You can see those cards here.

Nice to see you Bob and thanks for the link!
If you go to Chat and see the thread Diana started about long lost members I think you might find your name mentioned in there ;)

*lol* - I did too - played it right through - took me ages :) My son's got the latest one - the graphics are much better but he reckons the story and gameplay in FF7 are still the best :)
We've missed you Bob, it's good to have you back.
Love
Sulis xx

Thank you, Sulis. Regarding FFVII, anyone that doesn't weep when Red XIII finds out about his father, or when Aeris dies, has no soul.

Le_Corsair: Welcome back!!
Noticed your lack of presence. My boys were deeply involved in Ultima Online & also interested in Final Fantasy. They admitted Ultima to be very addictive. I have never gotten into the online games, but the concept of Ultima as are others of its genre intriguing.
Thanks for posting the link to this deck. Though I know little of the game, the deck has a Pagan/medieval tone.

Thanks, MeeWah, it is good to hear from one of my favorite AT people! As for Ultima Online, your sons can play for free starting next week, for a period of around two weeks, if they still remember their old Ultima Online usernames and passwords:

Watch over their shoulder; and if their accounts are on the Atlantic shard, keep an eye out for Rhus, Zevon, Padraig, Basking Lizard or Corvus Argentum, because all of those are characters of mine. :)

Le_Corsair: Thanks for the compliment; consider it returned!
Thanks also for the tip & shall pass it on to them. Also point out the deck :)
