deck on ebay

Can someone satisfy my curiosity.

What is this deck? It is obviously a RWS clone, but which one. The seller is claiming it is from the 30s, but I think he just means the designs, not the cards themselves.

Collectors like them. Good luck and hope they include the card that has some sort of poem or fanciful verse...I've only seen auction notices for this one.
