Which Deck is this?

I wonder if anyone can help me identify a deck that was given to me in 1995. It is a Native American type Deck 8.5 x 13 cm Aprox( 3 1/2 x 5 inches) Black Backed with Gold stylised feather. The Majors has 23 Cards and the Element Suits are Wolf,Eagle,Bear and Buffalo. I think the card that denotes the Hermit is called Twisted Hair - The Wheel is Sacred Hoop. The Devil is called Heyokah. The art work is reminiscent of Posters for American Western Films. The only signature I can find is Mike Giddens 1994 on The Buffalo Dancer Card(Ace). I have never used them as I don't know enough Indian Protocol to understand the Majors, and I feel it would be a little disrespectful to use them in ignorance. There was no Box or Booklet to assist. I have looked at card samples from every site I can think of and so far no Luck. In hope of some clues, Regards Rosanne

My pleasure, It's easy to name a deck. I seem to only like the ones no-one sells anymore! That's heaps harder. :)
