As much as I've loved this deck, the borders have always bothered me-- the tan border was much too orange, and made for a sameness visually that dulled the cards. These cards actually had three borders -- a thin outer white border, a wider tan border, and an inner border that changed with the suit, and with each Major. I removed the two outer borders, leaving the distinctive inner border on each card.
So, after visiting with a friend and viewing her beautiful, madeover Spiral, I was inspired to give the Goddess Tarot a new look.
And Voila! It is so beautiful! Now the images come forward, there's a beautiful difference between the suits. And the cards are smaller, and fit beautifully into my hands. I'm very pleased. I'll scan in a few cards. Bear in mind that I haven't trimmed the corners yet. I'm going out to get a corner trimmer this afternoon.

Yeah for trimming. They look much better! And the improvement on size is always a benefit.
