Piatnik Tarock - help please?

I have a deck called Piatnik Tarock...other writing is "54 Blatt" and Nr. 35.
It's probably no more than 20 years old.

It's got a man on a horse in a little circle, under the horse it says "Schutzmarke."

I want to sell/trade it but know NOTHING about it. I believe it's designed for the game, but could be used for divination.
