Can you I dentify this deck?

There's a challenge! Not much to go on I am affraid. I saw some samples of it recently in a shop and was thinking about it the other day. All I can remember is - I have never seen it anywhere before. It looked kind of African to me The one court sample there was had both titles 'lady' and 'dame' on it. The courts had a larger border, allwing for the titles at the bottom. The cards were about the same height at the RWS but a little fatter. Anyone know? LB
