Dreampower Tarot

Does anyone have this deck? The artwork looks wonderful, but there are no titles or numbers (which is ok with me, as I often trim my decks anyway). Is it really a Tarot? Is it more of an oracle? I'd be interested in anyone's opinions before I order it.
