I have seen one here too; it is in French unfortunately, and the cards look different from the ones Marion showed.
I can't however recall the name, just that I was thinking of maybe getting it :)
I'll post the references as soon as I have them.
Take care
Simone
Edited to fix typo and to add: "here" means Europe and in particular Luxembourg ;)

The Xultun Tarot is technically Mayan. In fact, most of the decks I've seen so far that utilize South American native cultures are Mayan. Seems a bit odd, considering that as far as I recall, the Aztecs and Incan empires dominated most of Central and South America, while the Mayans were mostly contained in the area of Guatamala and the Yucatan Penninsula (with some expansion into the area of Honduras). Still, there's no denying the impressiveness of the civilization they created.
Anyway, for what it's worth, here's a list of Central and South American native-themed decks I know of. Since few are strictly Aztec, though, perhaps this list will be of little use to you.
Tarot of the Ages The suit of Cups is represented by scenes from Aztec culture.
Auramour Tarot Divinitoire Really an oracle deck, not a tarot; the names of Central and South American figures and deities are peppered about the images.
Healing Earth Tarot Depicts traditional native cultures from both North and South America.
The Mayan Oracle 44 card oracle deck.
Les Tarots Mayas Another cultural-based deck by Laura Tuan; not really tarot-structured. Maybe this is the one you were thinking of, Simone?
il Tarocco del Mondo Nuovo Folchi deck that salutes early travels to the Americas (mainly Central and South) by European explorers. Features "new world" heraldry, animals, and ceramics.
The Nahualli Animal Oracle Aztec, but not tarot.
Taotl (Tarocco Messicano) Actually a tarock deck with native-influenced Mexican imagery
The Toltec Oracle Actually uses symbolism based on Toltec mythology -- a "pre-Aztec Mesoamerican people." And, of course, and oracle and not a tarot deck.
Xultun Tarot Mayan Tarot, mentioned previously.

There is also the Tarot Azteque issued by Piatnik in 1986. The titles are in French, and several Aztec figures are included in the majors, such as Tezcalipoca, Tlaloc, Quetzapochtli, and Coatlicue.
