Quest Tarot and the blank card

The quest tarot comes with a blank card for creating a card. What did any of you use it for? I have it and I don't use it and don't know what to do with it.

I have the quest tarot too and I have not found any purpose for it either..

I´m thinking about doing a collage of some sort-maybe with a religious meaning.It seems to be a very "deep" tarot,and I haven´t used it for any spreads as yet.
