Could anyone please give me ideas on where to get this deck (new) from?
I am in the UK and would obviously like to try and get it here first (as opposed to from overseas)
Amazon.co.uk don't have it
HolisticShop don't have it
Would I be best just giving the ISBN to my local Waterstones and asking them to order it in?
Any ideas, suggestions much appreciated.
Regards,
Ian

Ian - I am in Switzerland - I bought it from Amazon Canada - the postage was reasonable and it came in a week. I imagine that getting it to the UK will be about the same.
And it is worth it.

That's a pity :( - hopefully it's back available there by now.

I found out Fnac had run out AFTER I ordered it and waited for 5 weeks - and they sent me a email saying "sorry, run out...."
So they probably have it on their website but I wouldn't order it there.

Speaking from personal experience, the French Canadian publisher of the Hadar is somewhat difficult to work with. Not that they're not pleasant enough, but they don't return calls and messages, and they don't offer particularly good wholesale rates to overseas vendors. So stocking their products outside of Canada is really kind of hard.
For what it's worth, we've finally got it back in stock now at Tarot Garden, priced at US$ 25 + shipping. I could ship one copy to the U.K. for US$ 5 in the Global Priority envelope, although we've had some reports of the outer box being damaged in transit when we've used that method of shipment. All in all, however, not a bad option -- especially for customers who are prone to pitching the box after opening anyway.

Many thanks Jeanette.
I will have a think about it for the next few days- I only just bought the Haindl 3 weeks ago and said that was it for now! But I am really drawn to the Hadar.
If I wanted to take you up on your offer, would you prefer me to PM you on here or go through your official web site?
Also: Approx. how long do you think it would take to arrive? Would it be possible to put extra bubble-wrap round the package to help protect the outer box? (don't mind paying a little extra for this)
Many thanks again
Regards,
Ian

We bubble wrap all decks, even those sent in the Global Priority envelope (no extra charge, of course!). I think that's why so many of them get through without any significant damage. But since it does sometimes happen, I think it's only fair to warn customers about potential problems.
Delivery times are subject to how long your local Customs office decides to keep the package around for inspection, but almost all of our U.K. customers are reporting receipt of their airmail or Global Priority orders from us within 7 days or less.
If you have any other questions, or want to order the Hadar through us, you can either PM me or email me at my Tarot Garden address of jkr@tarotgarden.com to get our "boilerplate" list of payment options. We actually do have a secure webpage for taking credit card orders on the 'Net now, although we haven't advertised that fact yet. But we take about everything.

Hi Jeannette,
I'm also in the UK - If I ordered decks from you could I pay with my usual credit card? - I've never ordered decks from overseas before so I'm not sure of how the payment works.

I bought a deck from Tarot Garden a couple of weeks ago. It took just under a week (5 days, I think) to get to me and I'm in the UK
Love
Sulis xx
