Are there any frog decks out there? It can be all frogs or have many frogs in the deck. I did find one, the cost is too much. The Frog Tarot. Very cute, but I just don't have the money for it. My sister's birthday is in a few weeks and I thought if I could just find a deck with frogs in it, she would love it.

Sulis I think that is the expensive one. At least it is too expensive for me.
I don't think there is another frog deck, there are a few animal decks that have one frog card (like the Animal Wise tarot and the Druid Animal Oracle) but as far as I know, no decks with lots of frogs...

I do, too! I wish there was a cheaper and more elegant one available. (The one in the link just doesn't suit my tastes, personally). Baroque Bohemian Frogs, maybe?!
:P

Just for information, the Frog Tarot seen at Tarot Garden is by Michael Kutzer, creator of the Michael's Tarot (named after the archangel), Tarot Pers*, and the Neugereuter. He had a tarot class, in which students were assigned a project to make their own decks. The Anna Beck, Terre Ludwig, and Jutta Kuss decks resulted. The Frog Tarot is one of three decks available in his new series. The Hedgehog and Elephant Tarots are complete. Ahead are the Penguin, Giraffe, Mouse, and probably others. I have the Elephant deck, and it looks a lot better than the scans. The medium is colored pencil, done in a watercolor wash style. One is paying, partly for the name of the creator, and the fact that only 32 decks of each animal will be produced. Perhaps someday there will be an affordable frog deck, to go with the cats, dogs, bears, ferretts and insects out there now.

I can see it now, the Empress with tons of frog eggs in a froth around her, the 10 of Swords card--South American poison frogs, Hermit is a toad, Fool = tadpole?
I think there were a few frogs in the Tarot of the Gnomes, or the Fey tarot, not sure, don't have either but saw some pics. I don't know of any whole deck of frogs other than the really expensive one already mentioned.
You CAN, of course, start designing your own....

That would be great!! I'll see if I can find a few pictures from Animal Wise & Druid Animal Oracle & Tarot of the Gnomes. I may just have to give up the idea for now. I'll find something wonderful for her.

Well, I didn't get a tarot deck for my sister. What I found was a book called It's All In The Cards. ; ) After reading about it here, I thought she would like it.
~~~Sulis~~~DO NOT READ Below!! You will be reading about the dreaded "F" word!! lol
I went to the very cute Country Store inside the Cracker Barrel, found a See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil Frog set. She is going to love it. For the frog lovers out there. If you have a CB near you. You may want to take a look. Lots of frogs things.
Off topic - but this thread reminds me of a book from my childhood, the "Baron van Hippelepip" about two frogs getting married and inviting other frogs and salamanders and singing songs:
it was already old when I was a kid, it must be antique now, I'd better tell my mum to look after her copy :)
We received just a few days ago a submission for a Frog Tarot.
Was, by the way, quite interesting.
We have been thinking about it.
