U.S. Games addresses - NYC and CT

In my continuing quest for historical background for dating of editions of the Rider-Waite decks, I'm trying to figure out what addresses U.S. Games had and when.
The ones that appear on cardboxes (city and postal code) and LWBs include these:
(1) address on Park Avenue, NY, NY [[i]I don't yet have the deck, so I don't have the box or LWB, so I don't have an exact address.[/i]]
(2) 38 East 32nd Street, NY, NY, 10016
(3) Stamford, CT 06902
When did they move from Park Avenue to 32nd Street? and from 32nd Street to Stamford, CT?
(Come to think of it, I'm not even sure if the Park Avenue address was before 32nd Street. :) Help.)

A set I've recently seen with the 32nd St address also says "and Stamford, Connecticut."
BTW, there seem to have been at least two editions of the 32nd St cards: an unlaminated edition, basically cardboard; and a laminated one with a glossy finish. Both have Pammie's hand lettered titles and the crosshatch back. I've seen both within the past couple of days but don't have either for comparison so don't ask.

I've got a Royal Fez Moroccan deck dated 1975 that lists the 468 Park Avenue South address Cerulean already gave, in the LWB.
