I got my Mother's Day present early! LOL Hubby got me the Gilded Tarot! I've had my eye on it for awhile now, but everytime I had the money for it, none of the stores around here had it :( Apparently one of those times it was because hubby bought it right under my nose! I'm in love! The images are just.... wonderful!

That's great that you got a tarot deck from your husband! I'm glad he was able to sneak-buy it for you! Happy Mother's Day! I've seen Mother's Day ads saying things like "Get Mom what she really wants" and I'm thinking "tarot decks".

What a wonderful surprise for Mother Day! :) Its such a beautiful deck, the pictures are mezmerizing and I find it an easy deck to read. Hope you have many hours of Tarot fun and admiration of the Deck. Blessings Elven x

I love the Gilded Tarot! It has fast become one of my favourites and one of the few that I use the most for readings. I love the way the colours really spring forth with the black background. Enjoy!

Well, I just completed a reading with an extremely skeptical person with this deck (her selection) and it was sensational. She is one of the blessed happy people in this world that rarely faces or questions life with *why me*, so in a sense, neither of us expected to pick up anything *chuckle* well, it certailny did highlight the few concerns she had on her mind. She was delighted and surprised and rounding the reading with a nice oracle input really provided a joyful experience for us both. Fantastic deck! enjoy :)

I am a little puzzled with how I see the Gilded these days. WHen I first saw it, the deck too my breath away. I couldn't stop looking at the cards. My readings were excellent. However..... recently (last 4/5 months) I find I never use to read with, and don't feel the draw to take it out in order to just look at it. This may just be a passing phase (I hope so) but the initial spark is not there any more. Davina

We'll since I just barely got mine yesterday, I am in love with them. The only difference between them and the other two decks that I have is there are more colorful and more in your face, so to speak. Their loud, I guess is the term I'm looking for. Which is what I like. I like bright, colorful images anyway. They are even more bright and colorful than the quest tarot. I had both decks out last night. Here in the last year I've used the quest tarot as my main deck so I'm use to the court cards being in the frame of mother of cups, father of cups, etc. And gilded goes back to the traditional Queen, King, Knight, and Page. So, I'm having to get use to that terminology again. But, it is basically the same thing.
