Hi everyone,
I was wondering about a particular tarot deck. There used to be a review here, I think, a year or so back. I'm not sure if it ever got published. It was a round card deck featuring Hindu-themed artwork. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name. :( If anyone has any ideas as to what it was called and what happened, I'd love to know. Thanks! :)

Well it's old but I think your thinking of the Mother of Peace tarot. Only one I know thats round. It's on almost any website that shows different decks because of it's popularity.

That's the one. For some reasons I kept thinking "Orishis," just added an "O." ;)
It's too bad, I had checked last year to see if it was near completion. I wonder if it's an abandoned project?

This seems to be a real gem. I do hope the artrist will be able to find someone to publish it.
There are not that many round tarots, but it is a nice format, which is reminiscent of some late 16th/17th century emblem books, which use circular engravings.

Yes, the roundness was unique, but what drew me were the pictures. There's just not many good Hindu-themed cards. Usually, it's multicultural cards that have a single card in them that has an East Indian theme, like Haindl.
