I have just ordered druidcraft tarot

I am so excited about getting this deck whats it like to read with etc ?So far i have heard alot of things in another thread about mistakes about the cards with printing etc all opinions welcomed thank you.

Hi new2angels This is an extremely beautiful and intuitive deck, I think - there are so many symbols to read from. My deck also has the different browns on the back but it doesn't bother me at all, neither does the size of the cards. Enjoy your deck; I am sure you will love it :) xxx Nina

This is my FAVORITE deck! The symbolism and artistry is exsquisite; there really isn't a single thing I'd change about it. And the issues with printing and cardstock--I don't see it. Granted, there are always slight imperfections or less-than-desirable aspects of the cardstock or card finish, but that's something I have to accept with all of my decks. The size is great, and the design on the backs of the cards is simple, tasteful, and appropriate for the nature of the deck. The Artwork is very, very detailed and realistic; and the connections with Druidry, Celtic Spirituality, and Wicca is just enough to compliment the traditional images and symbology of Tarot. If this deck hadn't been made it would be a sad world.

I have about 60 decks and the Druidcraft is my favourite. As soon as I saw scans of this deck (before it was published) I had a feeling I would love it and have been waiting impatiently until it was ready. It is now my main reading deck - and if it had been around when I started buying decks I would probably have bought less :P The card stock is good enough for me. O yes - the deck also comes with a great book.

I knew I would love the images and symbolism, and I also find that I am able to use the deck effectively in conjunction with my Druid Animal Oracle deck (also by the Carr-Gomms).

I have had this deck for several weeks but it was just another one that I flicked through and put away really. I'll admit that things have been hectic around here though and finding time for any decks was really hard. However, my course finished, my exam out the way and I dug this deck out. Trimmed it up a little and voila! It is wonderful, I just love it. I feel there is so much to it. Already I have been researching celtic/druid/wicca lore, symbolism and festivals. Trying to match the cards with the different seasons and looking for similarities between cards. I have only really done a couple of readings but they have gone well. Its just lovely, I am sure you will both be very happy!

I did my first reading with it last night and the info it gave me was amazing,it just flowed if you get my meaning.What a great deck and book!

Nice art and great book. But unfortunate, printing mistakes. Images aren't always straight on the card and the back colours aren't all the same. It doesn't bother me personally, but I would understand if it would bother some.

Write to OBOD and tell them - they ought to replace it.

Where did you get it? If in a store, they should replace the deck. Or as Helvetica comments, OBOD should have some spares to replace it. Hope this works out. What a card to be missing! Marion

:( Maybe you should contact the place where you bought them from. I'm going to have to check mine when I get it. I hope you have luck! They should resend you a new deck.

I got this deck yesterday - and love it! However the cards are a little too large for me to shuffle easily...any recommendations how to trim so that they will come out evenly? I have a paper-cutter that is used for scrapbooking, I am thinking about using. 1/4-1/2 inch on this deck would make a huge difference!

Yes, don't panic! E-mail them immediately. This happened to me once and the sellers sent me another card separately. Good luck. Let us know what happens. :)

I had to send my druid craft back and i am currently waiting for a replacement,i so loved the deck and having to send it back was like losing a friend,never mind my replacement comes tomorrow!!!!!
