I'd like to give Aeclectic max credit when I order decks, but I've got a question about ordering via Amazon.
It's fairly obvious that if I click directly from a deck to Amazon AT will get the credit. But, what if I order 2 decks or a book or whatever? I tend to order several things at once to get the free shipper discount.
My question, then, is does AT get credit for my full order? And, if not, how could AT get the credit?
I really had to hold myself back today......I got Baroque Bohemian Cats fever in a bad way.

Hi, wizzle --
If you want to order, for example, two decks which both have Aeclectic links, you could do the following:
1) click on the Aeclectic link for the first deck, and place the item in your Amazon shopping cart.
2) go back to Aeclectic, find the link for the second deck, click on that, then put that item in your shopping cart. Then when you go to check out on Amazon, both items will be in your shopping cart and Aeclectic will get the full credit for the purchases.
If you want to buy something on Amazon for which there is no Aeclectic link, I believe if you use the following link:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/redirect-home/aeclectic
And then search for the item and place the item in your shopping cart, Aeclectic will get a percentage of the sale. (You can find that link if you go to the Aeclectic home page (http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/) and go to the very bottom of the page and click on "Support.") You could put that web address on your browser's Favorites or Bookmarks for easy access in the future.
So, for example, if you wanted to buy a tarot deck and also a book which isn't linked to from Aeclectic, you could:
1) click on the Aeclectic link for the tarot deck, and place the item in your Amazon shopping cart.
2) go to the Amazon-from-Aeclectic web address, search for the second item, and place it in your shopping cart. Then go to Amazon's checkout.
Hope this helps --

Thanks for your question wizzle and thanks for the answer Lee; I've been wondering about this myself as I shop quite a bit through Amazon.
Many Blessings,

You will notice on this page that Amazon is not the only supporter of AT.
Fact is, they are a huge-multi-billion-dollar-corporation. Sure, ordering there may be easy….
BUT!
The next two entries are small, individually owned stores, some of the owners are your posting buddies - your electronic neighbors. If you are ordering just a deck, either of them get my nod. Their customer service is far superior, and more importantly they care about you – and Aeclectic Tarot – not their shareholders.
Sure, the one place hasn’t finished their shopping cart, but hey – it’s a small business…just mention AT when ordering via e--mail.
Amazon is wonderful for books…but even so, I’d rather not support the big mega bucks corporate giants.
Know what I mean?

When I posted my question, I didn't mean to imply that AT support only came from ordering via Amazon. It is easy to credit AT for other suppliers because one only has to mention AT when ordering in the comments section of the ordering form and an actual human being will act on the information.
However, ordering via Amazon is entirely automated so I thought there might be a trick when ordering multipal items.

I noticed that some decks don't have a link to order from Amazon.ca. The Golden Tarot is one for example.
(Unfortuneately, I bought it through them on my own because there was no link from this site.) :(

If you go to the Aeclectic "Support" page mentioned above (go to Aeclectic's home page and look at the bottom, click on "Support"), there's a link for Amazon.ca. If you go to Amazon.ca through that link, search for what you want and put it in your shopping cart, Aeclectic will get a percentage.

I've used Tarot Garden for MANY of my purchases and have found it to be wonderful... Jenette has found 'hard to find' decks for me and everything. She's fantastic! I recommend giving them a try... they are on the AT list!

My favorite place is Tarot Garden. I receive the best personalized service of any mail order place that I have done busisnes. Amazon is huge and it is worldwide. I do not get to talk with a human ever! Even when my oder was shipped all over the country. (Considering it originated five miles out of my city!) Jeanette is wonderful to do business. I do not order any other place.--Tao
