Please can you help recognise this deck ?

I just acquired a new deck and have no information on it. The sheet of instructions that came with it bears a copyright notice for 2004, but there is no name or company or designer mentioned. http://www.alchemywebsite.com/images/unknown_tarot_2004.jpg It is a 22 card deck, and although of conventional design some of the cards are quite interesting. I particularly liked the Wheel of Fortune and the Tower designs which are quite quirky. Does anyone recognise this deck and can provide me with its name, author or publisher ? I suspect is is a cheaply produced item and may be a promo or a deck included with an introductoey book on tarot reading.

...but you are right about the Wheel. It is pretty quirky...in a nice sort of way. Someone is bound to recognize it though. We have some amazing experts here on ATF.
