Argh!!!!!!!! That's the sound of me wailing in agony. I can't believe I missed that! I search eBay pretty much every few hours, every single day, and yet it got past me!!!

Another possibility: enter it into online bookstores "notify me" list. I got a set from Powells for $15! But today they said they found me a Greenwood...for $224. :( Oh well...
