Tarot's function

Say hello for all my friends I have a question about tarot's function,please help me,thank you. I have heard of tarot can use to summan something,like a demon,or use it with a magical ceremony.Is that true? If it is true,please tell me what books I can read,or what evidence can support this teaching? Thank you very much...

i dont know about summoning up the devil, demons, whatever (i personally dont believe there is one :) ) but you can use the tarot cards in spells, i dont know too much about it but basically when you perform a spell you find a tarot card that represents what you want to accomplish and then you look at the card (or cards) and visualise that thing happening, kinda like a candle spell, im sure other people will have some good comments to post shortly :)
