Hi gang,
I just have to give a big "thanks" to US Games. I have a very old, very sentimental Karma Music Tarot, but it was missing 14 cards. I e-mailed them, and right away they sent out replacements! Free of charge!
I have now "folded" them into my deck. It is wierd, they are so bright and new, compared to the rest of the deck - so dark & yellowed. But I'm sure they'll adjust soon.

I'm impressed too! :)
Nice to know there are companies that aren't in it just for the money.

Firstly, Hip hip hooray for US Games! Whata nice company!
Secondly, I'm glad you've finally got all the cards for that deck! Was it you who was asking what to do with a fave deck which was missing the cards while back?

Kiama,
Yep, that was me. I was so sad not to have my Karma Music deck. Now I've got it back and I'm SO happy. Like a reunion with an old friend.
I don't know why, but surreal decks, like the Karma Music & the Thoth, really speak to me. And I don't really like surrealist art!

As a wise women once said,
"What have you got to lose?" If they want to charge you for the cards, then you have a decision to make. :)

It is wonderful to hear that U S Games stands behind their merchandise & takes care of its customers!
My Robin Wood deck is a favorite deck & one I rely on for readings & other works. Nearly 2 years ago, I was very upset to discover a few cards missing. It occurred to me to contact Robin Wood. I was prepared to pay for replacement cards; however, Ms Wood only requested a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Now that is a class act, too!

U.S. game is a great company...So glad to see that it is getting recognition for it. Their wonderful customer service keeps us coming back again and again. I'll never hesitate to purchase a U.S. games deck, because they stand behind their products. It really is wonderful to see this kind of personal service in this day and age.
