What is the figure eight type symbol on top of the fool, 2 cups, strength and magician. please could yopu let me and my friend know as this is puzzling us both. thanx.

Greetings ultrasam.
The symbol of the number eight is called a lemniscate, that is, an infinity symbol. A lemniscate is a plane curve with a characteristic shape, consisting of two loops that meet at a central point, also used in mathematics (the lemniscate of Bernoulli).
