Hi folks,
When I took out one of my German tarot books I found another suggestion for tarot journalling: The author suggested to translate each of the things you did in a matching tarot card, eg, when you play with your kids take 6 of cups, meeting some friends 3 of cups, a discussion 5 of wands, etc.
What do you think about that?

Hi catlin.
That sounds like a great way to keep a journal, especially for those who doesn't like to write much. :P I will have to try that. Hm. Could be cool while I'm in Thailand, if I don't have time to write so much. :D Thanx for the suggestion.

I don't journal that way (yet at least!), but I find myself thinking and relating to things in Tarot-terms. Like: "That person is such a 4 of Pentacles" - then I see the grumpy guy in the card (The Robin Wood-card) holding on to his stuff and keeping others away from himself. Or going of to work with the 9 of swords in my stomach sometimes if I know it's going to me a bad day. (Am having a 9 of Swords kind of day today, actually...! You know: it's bad but it feels even worse...!)
So I do this all the time, not deliberately, it's just those reflections that "pop up"!

Thats kinda how I viewed my situation that I posted about when I was taking a nap with my baby. Like I was thinking in "Tarot-terms". I couldn't find the right way to say what was happening, but now I have it! Thanx Jenny-Li!

I have done this before with a exercise we learned on school.
You had to name a quality of your self----than the enlarged version of the quality-----than the your challange---- and then your allergie( that what annoyed in others )
Oke don't think i explained it well :(
Anyway when i had to write a paper on this subject i used the tarot to illustrated for myself.
Don't think i should tell my teachers ;)
