I usually notice it when I do a reading for someone else, because that's when I get to see cards that never appear for myself.
Or the other day I was looking at the website of the Glastonbury tarot, and I saw a card that looked completely strange to me, and I was wondering whether it was actually in the deck. That one was the Ace of Staffs, but I know there are more cards that have never appeared for myself, I just can't remember them at this point.

One way to look at it is that right now, in your life, you aren't dealing with the energies represented by the card. Absent the Two of Swords I'd say you weren't conflicted over anything to the point that your feelings had shut down. (It's a nice card to see reversed in one's own readings, but upright? Oy.)

My friend, have you ever made an investement?
I suspect that has something to do with it anyway. })
Just what is it you're looking for anyway?

How would you fancy being the 2 of Wands for Major Tom's Tarot? })

Diana: That has happened to me too. Like TarotLady said, I do usually get to see them when I do readings for others.
I was using the World spirit Tarot for personal readings only for a few months and then a card popped up that I felt I had never seen before. The significance of the card popping up at this time became the focus of the reading.
