My "inspiration"

Hello to you all, I have to tell you my little story of insirpation, as i am on such a HIGH and i can't keep it to myself any longer. I have had a great love and respect for the Tarot for many years now and i have never read professionally, only family and close friends (who take it lightheartedly). this year there was a 6 week course on the Tarot for beginers at an adult education centre, so natually i took the course, and it was fantastic, i don't use the books for reference much at all now. It was then that i wanted to start to do more study and readings for others, and so i stumbled onto this wonderful place, and of course dived straight in. I never had confidence in myself, i was always second guessing my readings, and wasn't even sure if i had "intuition". I recently did a reading for someone here and previously to that gave my thoughts on a reading that that person had done for her self, on both occasions recieved feed back on my readings, "i was told how closely accurate i was both times and that i have a great talent and should use it and truly believe in myself". Since then i have a great (((boost in my confidence))) and i have made steps to have business cards made up for readings (but i am not advertising) just word of mouth. So i just want to say to everyone who thinks their confidence is lacking, give it a go on here, you will learn a great deal, I know i surely have. And a big thankyou to you all for your support and insights and to Diana for the kind words of "Inspriation" that has truly touched my soul!!! and has made me feel good about myself. Karen

Dear Kazz, I'm so glad to hear! What a truly wonderful story. It sounds really great experiencing such, I wish I did too when it comes to the same. :rolleyes: (It's not that bad really... :D ) I wish you light and luch on your tarot-journeys to come! *hugs* ~aeonx~

Always remember, folks around you will be very glad to tell you how you will fail. They will ‘humor’ you. They will attempt to steal your dreams ( http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4662 ). People have an issue seeing other people do what they cannot. People have an issue watching others achieve their dreams. They will attempt to tear you down. Their own petty lives are such that this is their only outlet. Do not allow this to occur. You have the ability, do not lose the wisdom.

I would just like to say:- Catlin- I won't be shy and i'm stepping out girl Aeonx-Thankyou, and I have great respect for you and i think you have alot of wisdom, and a lot to give. Diana- You made me laugh so loud!!! (you and your soccer) I will never forget your kind words (or you for that matter) you gave me this kickstart and I think you are a truly wonderful person!!!((((THANKYOU)))) Tarotlady-Thankyou for you wishes, and i love reading you posts Umbrae-That was very much how i used to feel as i tended to believe in what others thought and not in my own self, but i truly believe in what i do "from the heart and soul" and i won't let anyone take that away from me, and that should go for anyone who stongly believes in something, as this is what life is all about.
