ah, my name is steve. okay, i have to admit it. i'm REALLY stuck with these cards. i'm trying hard, but it's not working. my goal is to get down to one divination, one study, and a few collectables. yeah, i know... unless i let go entirely, i'll never get away from it. but you gotta understand-- i'm trying in stages. let me explain a bit:
they keep haunting me. they're on my screen-- and i can't get them off. in fact I can't get off either.
they keep arriving in little boxes or packages to my door. it's even come to the point that i get depressed if i don't find one there.
my dreams are getting stranger-- they told me i had to sleep with one of them. a different one each night so they'll all be satisfied or it would be nightmares instead. this is real hard on me cause i've always been monogomous.
my usual way of walking has changed dramatically. my friends-- the ones i have left-- say that i don't walk any more, i kind of shuffle.
i'm making these little bags now. all of the the boxes are wearing out from putting them in and taking them out and putting them in and taking them out.....
i'm loosing all sense of time. i wake up at three in the morning only to find that it's noon in europe and tomorrow in australia. even worse, on my birthday somebody told me it was the winter solstice. snow in june?? and i always felt bad for those poor kids whose birthday was near christmas-- they always got cheated out of presents. have i turned into one of them??
What that??? OH MY GOD!! they told me it was OOP!!
GIVE IT TO ME NOW!!! })

LOL!!! I was seriously trying to scale down my collection so I could stop obsessing over the next deck I want... Instead I ended up with a notebook listing all I have, what I could trade, all that I want (short list and long list), and I keep adding to it!!! AAAAAAhhh - I was trying to exorcise my obsession by facing it and I am only adding fuel to the fire!! thank god my credit cards are already maxed out or my husband would have a heart attack - honey, why do we keep getting all these decks every day??? LOL

"What? No, wait, you don't need to go into that reputable bookstore. Look at some of the goods I got here....
I gots a smiley face deck, I gots a duck deck, I gots a Dogs in Film Noir deck, I gots the Oracle of coffee beans.....
You won't find these decks in that reputable bookstore. Dees here are collectors items. Gen-u-ine reproductions on bad stock. Only one morgage payment and it's yours. But you never saw me here right?
My name? Not important- just call me Destiny, cause it must be destiny for me to have these cards here, just for you. **blinks coquettishly**
Look! Never opened.
Huh? Yes, I know that the plastic looks like saran wrap. It's just because it was hand wrapped by the artist....
Yes, I know that smell is a pine scented car air freshner attached to the king of swords. That's to give it extra magic, some moxie, you know?
Them ancients attached car freshners to Venus statue during Christmas before a game at the Colusseam. You can use this particular freshner to call on the power of them Romans.
Hey! Where you going? Aw, Come on, give Destiny a break will ya?"

Yes, it is a Tim Burton deck.
However it consists of 26 Majors.

Pollux,
There are two versions of this Tarot. The original version had fully nude males, and was published in 1975 by Credo. This version is out of print.
The US Games version in 1983, which put clothing on the male genitalia. Most of the females remain unchanged. A search of the US Games website does not return any hits for this deck. However, it is still available on the used market.
Just like the Rohrig, publishers see the need to put underwear on the human form. A curse on those Philistines.
Here's a link to the fully nude version http://www.themysticeye.com/pics/yeagern.htm
And the US Games version http://www.wicce.com/yeager.jpg

Ravenswing,
You have a serious problem. However, it is not a moral problem but a spiritual dis – ease or malaise. It can only be cured through a program of rigorous honesty.
A 12 Step Program will not work for you, my friend.
The only approach that will work for someone as seriously affected as you is a 78 step program.
Take one Tarot card a day for the next 78 days, meditate on it and do a good deed associated with the themes of the card. You will be astounded before you are half way through. You will begin to know a new freedom and a new happiness.
How many decks do you have? Do this with every deck and you will be elevated to a blissful state. The problems of many life times will be addressed.
You have to be contained with this however. Under no circumstances should you pick up more than one card. Recovery is possible one card at a time.
Peace be with you
Moongold

Hey Ravenswing, how did I miss this pitiful cry for help? Thank Goodness Umbrae was around to rune you further. I think I am in the advanced stages of this disease myself. But it is true, as Moongold says, the 78 program helps. Having to actually take time out to LOOK at the cards, and think about what's on them sort of slows you down.
