There is now an amazon.ca! Prices in cdn dollars, no occasional customs hassles. www.amazon.ca They do not seem to carry over your account from the .com version in the States.

Their prices are good, but compare before you buy. Some items are cheaper from Chapters.

Actually, Phoenix, I was just thinking of how many of us are represented! And it seems like majority of the Canadians are from Ontario, although I know this is not true for Jade, Red Raven & Marion.... Check things out carefully - despite the .ca, it is sometimes *still* cheaper from the US site, even with the exchange rate!

Hello! Just wanted to throw in my two cents as a proud Canadian from Fredericton, New Brunswick. (I usually can't stand it when someone replies to a thread just to say "me too!", but us Canucks have to stick together, eh?) Just to keep this somewhat Tarot-related... I personally prefer to buy decks/books from locally owned stores when possible, even if it costs a few bucks extra. The big boys get enough of my money when it comes time to buy textbooks in the fall.

Good comment James. BTW: a good buddy of mine lives in Freddy, and she claims that there is no place to buy decks there. Could you tell me where you buy yours and I will pass it on. There is a great store here in Halifax, Little Mysteries and I also buy from them. BTW: I am moving to Ottawa this fall, so the number of Ontario reps is about to go up. Pretty sure I saw someone else from Halifax on the boards, not a frequent poster.

i am fortunate enough to do book and deck reviews for llewellyn's so i rarely buy a deck. but when i do, i get them from the metaphysical stores around me. :D in light, jade
