Going pro went smoothly - no broken bones

Hi all, a month ago I was all eager cause I was going to have me first "pro" ala paid reading ever from a complete stranger. Due to problems in her life, we had a month delay on the reading. I did the reading this morning, and still I cant believe I did it :D I used shapeshifter and did 2 spreads, my good ol' pal the 13 card CC as her main Q was about future. She said she had some plans for her future, and wanted some insigth. Second spread was a relation/clarification on the first one, a 9 card relation I also am very used to read from. Better keep it safe on me virgin voyage right :) I told her what her plans were and how the situation were right now, when I got to card 7 she was crying and nodding. I could feel this lumb in me throat, thinking OMG I am hurting her big time by saying this, but no, she was crying cause as she said her self, I cant believe how much you can tell - it is so true, even the bad news are good to hear. That kind of took away the lumb I was feeling, assuring me that even if I thought it was a heartbreaking reading, she didnt feel the same and found the reading very useful. As we had agreed to do this very early I had had very little preparation time. But I got some white candles lid, had some essense. Had made coffee, and made it cosy. She was a great 1st client to read, she was a part of the reading, had comments about the cards and what I said. Took the advise about having 2 notepads and pencils, so we both wrote notes during the reading. After we have talked, took about 2˝ hour !!, I wrote a summon she could take with her home. She was very pleased with what she had gained from it, and I was filled with happiness when she left. A marblelous experience indeed.

YAY Bec! It's good to hear you've dipped your feet in the water aswell... I've just done the same thing, so can empathise with the wonderful feelings you're going through. Does this mean you'll be posting lots more on Aelectic? You seemed to be gone for a while... Kiama

Well done bec! It sounds like you truly made a healing connection with your client. Sometimes it is just enough to have someone else see & acknowldege your suffering to make a difference. There can also be comfort for her in knowing she is not alone & guidance is available to her. I think you can look forward to your next client being a bit easier than this one- you handled a tricky situation & perhaps the next will be a breeze by comparison! Best of Luck, Tarotphelia

It sounds like you helped a person in need. I believe one of the reasons were placed on the planet is to support one another. You get a big gold star in my cosmic gradebook.
