mh... a new Tarot Forum starting...

I hope Solandia won't be mad at me, I just thought I would share, also because nothing compares to Aeclectic, so! ;) I especially thought of those like catlin and Major Tom - be sure that if there is another Tarot Forum online, they are registered already! ;) *LOL*) http://www.free-tarot-reading.net/forum/index.php The site is related to tarot, and provides a course already. I went and had a look round but it is very hard to read with that dark print on a dark background. I only have a little screen :) I'm surprised that any of us have time to look anywhere else, we must be very addicted tarotholics :)

It looks like an interesting forum, and the moderator seems quite knowledgeable. But I agree with fairyhedgehog, that small black print on a dark background is virtually unreadable. -- Lee

Hi people.... are we looking same site????? The site from the links came up as Lotus Tarot, all in a nice lilac background with darker purple writing, very easy on the eye. I am actually doing the course there, although I haven't actually learned anything new yet, - week 2 - I'm sure I will as the course progresses. Definately recommended for complete beginners. allibee

WOW! We got someone with experience of the course. I am supposed to start it in a week... I enjoy pressing the "refresh" button and read new material. Mh... next time I do I'll have to check again all the texts of Thirteen basics. I must admit I don't like the colours either... Have you tried registering and complaining to the Moderator? ;) P.S. I am in no way related to them or else, I just found the site by chance while searching, and suggested Aeclectic as a link, and then a couple of emails exchanged resulted in me posting the link here to make some people crowd the other forum as well. Anyway, AECLECTIC is my e-home, and this is unquestonable! So there... *LOL*

Look, what is the problem with the colour... its lilac with purple writing..... may I suggest those with very dark screens and writing just move your monitor a smidge back/forward/up/down in its cradle and you'll see what I mean. I'm using my laptop at the mo so its easier to move the screen I know, but .... had this problem one time on the PC and when I adjusted the angle of dangle of the monitor, suddenly every site I went to was a new rich set of colours, and I realised I wasn't going blind at all ;) allibee

Wolfspirit, you say that you`re looking for a Wicca/Witchcraft forum, could I reccomend the Children of Artemis site it`s a really good site and was probable my on-line home until I found Aeclectic. Thank you crystalminx :) I discovered at aeclectic how much you learn from other peoples postings (and how much fun it is as well) I don't know yet what it is especially I'm looking for in wicca, it is something that came on my spiritual path but I already know I am going to learn a lot. oh yes they already had a wolfspirit so I am spiritofwolf there, but before I do any posting myself I will probably read up on what others have written

Thanks for the link, Pollux. It seems pretty interesting. allibee: I can't speak for the others, but the colors will tire my eyes. After staying on this forum for awhile, black print on a white background hurts my eyes (find there is too much contrast after my eyes are used too aeclectic's soft contrast). That site has little contrast, so I would probably feel blinded when I read black and white stuff. I know I'm not making much sense, so I'll just stop talking/writing ;)
