Mermaid...
The Book of Thoth, a great version of the Jeu des Dames, Etteilla III pattern. I have been puzzling over this one and using Stuart Kaplan's notes in Encyclopedia, volume II, as this is not a standard tarot. Villa Revak has a great website that compares the pattern with a modern tarot structures,
