Now that I think back on it, when I was still married, I pulled out my Universal Waite and I Swore that the blindfolded woman holding the two swords looked like my wife...hmm, soon after we got divorced...:D Seriously, I would really consider putting more of the ownership of the power of tarot in yourself Peace!

Hi Too Cool! I can't say I've ever heard of this before but it sounds like a form of psychometry to me so I would imagine it would depend on how sensitive the deck's owner was - whether their "third eye" was very well developed.

Yeah! I usually sleep with my brother in one room. He likes to travel alot so he seldom come back home. And i'm always afraid to sleep alone. But since i've my Deck, i never feel alone and afraid anymore. There seems to be 78 persons sleeping with me..=X

Projection or reception -at one time we swore our teddy bears and dollys were alive. Some of us still do and others of us have adopted new friends. I guess if it works for you to believe your cards are a living being in and of themselves as long as they are not running your life there is no harm. I do love my cards or really the energy and consciousness around or associated with them. I think of it like a handshake with divinity. It is not the card deck so much as it is the connection to the higher level of awareness. The awareness is inside you though, not the deck.

Hmmm..... for a Christian such as myself, I would also like to add that praying to God when I am frightened or insecure gives me the same feeling of being protected, being loved and not being alone that you get with the tarot cards. I dont really feel they have a presence as such, but that they have a place in my life... If that makes any sense.

Hi, I truly believe that we are never alone. The ALmighty (by what ever name you call her) has assigned Angels, Guides and 1 very special Guardian Angel to walk with us on this earth. The problem is, on a day to day basis, most of us don't feel their presence. Thru meditation and my Reiki 1 attunement (What a wonderful experience), I was able to actually see my guides and the animals they are represented by. For instance, one of my guides (Denis) is my messanger..he is the Crow. When I see these majestic birds they serve to remind me..he is always with me, even if I can't feel his presence. Take a look thru the cards..maybe the reason you don't feel alone is because one of your guides has decided to use an image off a card to remind you of him/her. This may be their 1st attempt at saying "Hi, we love and protect you". Blessings, Cj :TSTAR

I make you right. I use a pendulum to contact my spirits and i had my room blesses by a spiritual on monday and i think it is quite enjoyable. I have surcureness and turn to my wands and cards when feeling insecure. My guides are will al day and night. Of a night when i eft my ex i was a lot better and they looked after me. I will go through my decks and see if 1 has left a message.
