recognised and fallen in love with character

has this ever happened to anyone??? i have just recieved the COSMIC TAROT, and the HERMIT looks like some kind of soul mate . i did not have a picture of him in my mind but i just get that feeling from him. he is outgoing and passionate, but also needs alone time and time to retreat and know himself. a deep thinker, organised .............. just like me actually. so i find i have fallen in love with not only what the card represents, but also the image. - this man is pysically attractive. i wonder if this card is just relevant for me at this time, or if it is real soul recognition. he does not remind me of anyone famous or that i know.

Maybe your soulmate is a 9. I don't know if you are familiar with the book Tarot constallations, you add up your birthday and reduce it to a single digit. My personality card is a 9 = or the hermit. hmm. that happend to me a lot when i was a teenager and i am still not totally convinced that Jimmy Stewart and me was not meant for eachoter and by some big cosmic accident i ended up in sweden about 50 years too late. *bummer* oh and first i thought you must be mistaken and meaning the cosmic tribe deck but then i just sat a while and thought about the hermit and visualized the card and remembered he had no face. so i take it it really is the cosmic deck hermit. perhaps someone with the book to the cosmic deck can tell you more about the card. i do know that most of the cards in the cosmic deck are images of famous hollywood stars. but i can't place the hermit either. ps. talking about the cosmic tribe - don't you think that the knight of swords (and the 3 of wands) is a complete HUNK!

There are 2 cards with whom I hold such a personal bond that is more like a love bond -- my Shapeshifter's Knight of Wands, and my Faery Oracle card Himself. And, just like you described, with both cards it was love at first sight. My suggestion to you, since you have such an emotional bond with the card, is to do some meditation work to see if you can talk to, or join, the man in your card. He may have some amazing things to say and show you, once you open up. Singing the Beatles, "love ... love ... love ...."
