"Rustic" Tarot Storage

Having become tired of having my decks in a "heap", I decided to buy a few lengths of wooden dowelling and ended up putting the following together. OK, I won't be quitting my day job, but, at nominal cost, and with a little thought, YOU could turn out something similar or... even better! And, it allows for (almost) infinite expansion... :D

That's a great idea -- very efficient, tidy and (best of all) expandable! Do I see the Camoin-Jodorowsky Marseilles deck there (pant, pant)?

LOL astrea..That is what i was doing...I think I Saw Thoth? hehe

Or fine wine rack...

That's great. I'm going to check out towel and spice racks now for tarot storage.

Thanks All. Yes! I thought that myself: 5000 years of "civilisation" and (a) Man re-invents... the Spice Rack! It's a thought too, though ;) Rather like those CAT forums (looking in the background) "Oh look s/he's got one of THOSE"! Hmmm: Why does my cat always sit next to the HOLE he clawed in the furishings as a kitten? Heheh.

P.S. Yes - A Camoin Marseille... And, one day, I swear I'm gonna actually DO something with it... })

Macavité Le Camoin stuck out for me right away too. Do you mind if I sign you up for our revisiting of the Tarot iconography threads?

I think that's a good idea. Back to the odd-eyed and polydactylous (sp?)?? ;) I will see if I can find the thread? As a general comment, I'm getting better at two's, three's and fours - in (any) deck. Maybe I (someone) should start at the end or the middle? }) Aside: Bit like my "mastery" of Swords and Wands in short order, whereas I'm still often groping to even remember some of those Thoth names for higher number Cups and Disks... :D

I don't mind spending the money on pouches or small decorative
boxes if I fall in love with them. I won't spend any money on anything I'm "ify' about.

Hence......................The search continues !!!!!!!!!

That is awesome, good job! I'm not even that handy when it comes to putting things together with my hands. LOL

You are the Martha Stewart of Tarot! This gives me ideas for a new thread....
