Hello pinky, Welcome to the Forum. It sounds like you had an experience that made you feel like shouting. Tarot is an amazing tool, it can do that to you. I don't think the type of cards matter at all, as long as it is a tarot deck.
I am not sure what type of feedback you want though. In this section we normally post a reading, and then request assistance in interpreting it. Have a look at some of the others, then why not post a little introduction for yourself in the New Members Section so we can welcome you.

Hello pinky,
I am moving this post to Talking Tarot. The Forum, Your Readings, is specifically for members to post their actual cards and ask for feedback. Since your post is about tarot in general I am moving it there.
There are many many threads on this topic and there is a Search Engine to find them, for even more amplification to your query. Also, the use the regular sized letters, not all caps, is more pleasant to read and makes it more likely your post will be taken seriously.

I've had a few amazing reading as well. It's kinda' weird the first time it happens, but after that it really does wonders for your self-
confidence and your reading just get better and better.

Hi Pinky,
Welcome to the boards :)
Out of interest what type of tarot deck is it? You do seem to have had a good reading with it so it must suit you.
There are many styles and also sizes of tarot decks around, just check out the decks on here, but its finding the ones that speak to you.
I'm lucky after searching and collecting decks I've settled down with the Universal Waite (Rider Waite clone) and the Thoth deck.
Its just what appeals to you, do you scenes on your Minors or pips like a marseille type deck?. The Thoth is another different style of deck.
Again welcome :)

Nope, doesn't matter what deck you use, you could cut out pretty pics out of a magazine, if they mean something to you, then you could use those as cards, shrugs. (Maybe that's what I should do to make my own deck...hmmm, I wonder if that would be plagerism if I only used it for myself?) :)

Sorry Alice. I promise from now on, I will always write words out instead of using abreviations, because I know that there are people on this forum from all over the world, and they would like to understand. Right Diana? Right Alobar? Right Pinky? Everyone agree? Okay, from now on let's write so we can be understood all over the world, since this is such a wonderfully international forum! All in favour say "aye".
